A core page set up was carried out for Lady High, focusing on the user journey from homepage to cart. A grid layout was used to clearly display product categories while also providing links to informative information on the ethos and story of the brand. Welcome and Abandoned Cart emails have been set up using Klaviyo to elevate the user journey and increase sales.
